Please note, if you are creating a User ID for the first time it must be alphanumeric (includes letters and number).  In addition, current password requirements are as follows: min 7 characters long, a max of 10 characters long, a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols (!@#$%&*).

Use the code from an authentication app from your device, like Google Authenticator, Duo Mobile, Authy, or Windows Phone Authenticator.
